I’ve always believed that a warm heart can make a world of difference. For as long as I can remember, I have had a deep desire to support and uplift those who are hurting or heartbroken. I also love to support a team to achieve their goals, and this passion led me to pursue a degree in Office Administration, where I honed my skills in making processes smoother and more compassionate.
For over five years, I’ve had the privilege of working as a Client Care Coordinator and Office Manager in the Mental Health field. In these roles, I’ve been able to combine my administrative expertise with my genuine empathy to create a supportive environment for our clients. My goal is always to make the initial steps of their journey a little less daunting, providing a warm and reassuring voice that helps ease their stress. Outside of work, I am a devoted wife and mother of two wonderful daughters, a son in-law and one fur baby. As an artist, I love to create art that brings joy to people, which I did through a cake decorating business I ran a number of years ago, one celebration at a time. I also create greeting cards and paintings of various mediums.
In every aspect of my life, I strive to be a source of comfort, peace and encouragement. I believe in the power of a kind word and a caring heart, and as part of the admin team, I am here to ensure that each client feels valued and supported from the very beginning of their journey.
